Muddle the blackberries
Pour in the vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and chambord in shaker with ice.

Double strain the mixture (using a fine-mesh strainer) into a chilled martini glass to remove the seeds.
Garnish with blackberries

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

(Hot Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts hot honey & hot water, stir to dissolve)
Rim glass with chili lime salt (or tajin)
Shake with ice, strain over ice
Garnish with a pineapple

0.75 oz Averna amaro
0.25 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes black walnut bitters (adds a slightly earthy, mysterious note)
Garnish: Luxardo cherry + a twist of orange peel

Shake vigorously.
